This company is terrible! I tried to cancel my order, but they never gave me my money back, and then they just stopped replying to my emails. Seriously, steer clear of this whole operation; it feels like a fraud.

Honestly, I can't even give a single star review. I've heard zilch about my order, even after sending several emails and trying to call multiple times. Even if there's a hiccup in the supply chain, I would have thought I'd get some sort of reply.

I picked out a spotty oilskin tablecloth after searching for ages, but when it showed up, it was totally different from what I thought I'd get. Instead of the nice one I wanted, I received a plastic tablecloth that I could've snagged for a tenner, not the £30+ I forked out. Super disappointed! I shot them an email and got a speedy response saying, 'we'll look into it,' but I haven't heard back since. Based on this experience, I can't recommend this company. If they do reach out and send me the quality item I originally ordered, I’ll definitely update this review.

These drapes are amazing! They’re crafted really well and way better than I thought they’d be. I’m super happy with my purchase.

I placed an order for a couple of rolls of wallpaper and a set of curtains. The curtains showed up pretty fast, but the wallpaper took its sweet time. After waiting a bit, I shot off an email to ask about the wallpaper's whereabouts. They got back to me real quick, saying they’d check on it. Not long after, I received another email letting me know my order would be all set by the following day. True to their word, a package arrived just as they said it would. I’d definitely recommend Linfields and would shop there again.

I haven't received my order. There was no word on when it was shipped, who the courier is, or when it might arrive. I reached out, and the first reply seemed like a bot just saying they’d check into it. After waiting over a week, I sent another email today. Still nothing, not even a note saying they got my message. Now I’m writing this review. If I could give zero stars, I would. A score of 1 is just for the website itself. Not sure if this is a scam, but they are listed with Companies House. I’ll be asking for a refund.
